If you wish to cancel your booking for a full refund you must do so 14 days or more before the event by emailing email@example.com
If you cancel after this time our policy is not to refund the ticket unless we are able to fill the space.
You may transfer the ownership of the ticket to friends / family by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org - just let us know the name of the new attendee.
If an event is cancelled by us you will receive a full refund.
Occasionally we may offer credit for another course if you have to cancel less than 14 days before an event in exceptional circumstances, this is at our discretion.
We respect your data and privacy and will not pass on your information to any third party companies without your permission.
We will use your data to keep you informed about any events you are booked on as well as Y Stiwdio / CARE events through marketing emails and/or a newsletter.
We may also contact you about volunteering opportunities, to request your services or offer CARE/Y Stiwdio's services.
We accept the majority of our bookings through Tocyn. In order to make a booking you will need an email address and a credit or debit card for payment.
If you do not have access to the internet or do not have an email address you can do the following:
Phone us on 01239 611942 and leave a message for us to ring you back. We aim to do this as soon as possible but please be aware all of our staff are part time so it may be up to 5 days.
We are able to take card or cash payments on site at Y Stiwdio. These must be made at time of booking. We are unable to reserve a place on a course without payment.
At the moment we are open on Monday 10am - 3pm
Tuesday 10am - 3pm
Wednesday 10am - 3pm
If you need to come outside of these hours please ring first.
